ACNE.
I'm sure no one wants acne. (I know I don't!) I'm gonna share the products I use with you guys because I've been using this same brand I'm about to tell you in a while since I was 11 and it's really affordable and works amazingly.I've never really had any acne problems, my skin has always been clear. However, I must say only ONE brand has caused me to break out before and that is Clean & Clear.
I denied that it was the product that broke me out, I kept blaming my period. I got really annoyed skin because I never really had to deal with acne until I started using Clean & Clear. But I watched reviews online and most of them were negative. So if you have acne and use Clean & Clear, you might wanna stop using it... Ok enough rambling. LET'S BEGIN! (lol)
Ok so I've been using Biore's facial cleansers since I was 11. I've used the one for oily skin, combination skin, dry skin, and so much more. After switching out the different kinds of facial cleansers, I found the one that works best for teenagers, and for my skin of course.I'm currently using the Bioré Acne Care facial foam aka the one with the orange packaging haha. It's anti-bacterial, prevents acne and gets rid of any excess oil, which is great, because my skin tends to get oily throughout the day. This product really helps because if you have oily skin and don't use a proper facial cleanser, you probably will get acne.
I've repurchased the Acne Care facial cleanser multiple times now, and I have clear, acne-free skin :) You can get it at any drugstore or at Watsons, you can get it anywhere really.
That's not all. If you watch beauty gurus on YouTube, you may have already realized that most of them use the Clarisonic. Well I'm only 14 so I don't feel the need to spend over a $100 on my skin. I'll insert a picture of the Clarisonic below :)
However, I did want to find a substitute for the Clarisonic. As I was watching Bubzbeauty's "A Day in The Life of Bubz" video, I saw that she used this fish-shaped looking thing which is used with your facial cleanser, like the Clarisonic. I don't really know how to explain what it looks like, so i'll insert Bubz' vlog below. (she uses it at 0:22)
The difference between the Clarisonic and this thing is firstly, it's WAAAAAY more affordable than the Clarisonic. I bought mine about a year ago for about $8.50 if I'm not wrong, from Sasa. It works really well with the facial cleanser and gently exfoliates your skin, getting rid of all that sweat and oil built up throughout the day. I wouldn't suggest using it with a facial cleanser that already exfoliates your skin though, because it may be too abrasive. If you use makeup, this product also helps get rid of all the makeup on your face. Click here to see the product on the Sasa website :)
So, the way I use these products is pretty basic. i get about 2cm of the facial cleanser on my palm, make it all foamy, apply all over my face, then I use the facial brush to exfoliate my skin before washing it off with cold water :)
Right so that's it for today! I hope this helped you guys :)
BYE GUYS! Xx
